bloom
Fortnite's random bullet spread around the reticle. yewFN lists an Anti-Bloom mod.
Fortnite's random spread: bullets land inside a cone around the reticle rather than exactly where you aim, and the cone grows while you fire and move. Bloom is separate from recoil, which is the kick that moves the reticle itself.
