Editorial standards & methodology
Cronuses is a reference library — an encyclopedia entry is only as good as the source behind it, so definitions and mode data get checked before they're published, not after.
Standard 01
Defined terms, checkable sources
Glossary entries are written to be exact, not exhaustive — each term is checked against how it's actually used across the Cronus Zen ecosystem, not just how one seller markets it.
Standard 02
Independent reference, not a storefront
Cronuses does not sell scripts and does not accept payment for favorable entries. Product mentions link to maintained sources on yew.gg, not affiliate redirects.
Standard 03
Mode data reviewed after patches
Mode-level notes (Park, Rec, Pro-Am) are flagged for review after major 2K patches change timing or matchmaking behavior.
Standard 04
Corrections
Incorrect definitions or stale mode data are corrected in place with an updated date. Report an error via the contact page.
Editorial content is maintained by Cronuses Reference (General reference editors). See the editorial changelog for a dated history of what changed and when, or report an error.
